Corporate Video Production in Dallas

Corporate video that doesn’t feel corporate. We help Dallas–Fort Worth companies tell their story to customers, recruits and their own teams, without the stiff, stock-footage look.

Video production for business

Company stories people actually watch

Most corporate videos get made, posted once and forgotten. They’re too long, too scripted, or they look like everybody else’s. We’re not here to overcomplicate things or blow smoke. We sit down with your people, figure out what matters, and turn it into a video your audience will actually finish.

Brands like Coca-Cola, Kroger, Toyota, Dell, IBM, JLL and Cigna have trusted us with their stories, and we bring the same approach to a 20-person Dallas company as we do to a national brand: a clear plan, a relaxed shoot, and a final cut you’re proud to put your name on.

How it works

Plan it. Shoot it. Cut it.

Plan. We start with a call about your goals, audience, timeline and budget. Then we lock in the shoot date, the locations, and the interview questions or script.

Shoot. We roll in with pro cameras, good lighting and a clear plan, get everything set up, and walk your team through it. All you have to do is show up.

Cut. We edit the footage together with music, titles and graphics, then work through a couple of rounds of revisions with you until it’s right. After it’s done, we stay in touch and help you get the most out of it.

Straight talk on cost

What corporate video costs

We publish our rates because you shouldn’t have to book three sales calls to find out what video costs. A full shoot day is $2,000, a half day is $1,500, an assistant is $1,000, and editing is $150 an hour.

A 2-minute video typically takes about 6 hours of editing. So a straightforward, single-location corporate video comes to roughly $2,400 with a half-day shoot, or about $2,900 with a full day. Multiple locations, extra crew, licensed music, actors or heavy graphics add to that, and we’ll tell you exactly what before anything gets booked.

Corporate video FAQs

How much does a corporate video cost in Dallas?

Our day rates are published: $2,000 for a full shoot day, $1,500 for a half day, $1,000 for an assistant, and $150 an hour for editing. A 2-minute video typically takes about 6 hours of editing, so a half-day shoot plus the edit comes to roughly $2,400, or about $2,900 with a full shoot day. Bigger productions with more locations, crew or graphics cost more, and we’ll quote it up front. See video production pricing.

How long does a corporate video take to make?

Most of the calendar time is planning and scheduling. Once the shoot date is on the books, a single-location shoot is usually a half or full day, and the edit follows with a couple of rounds of revisions. Tell us your deadline on the first call and we’ll build the schedule around it.

Do we need a script?

Not necessarily. A lot of the best corporate videos are built from interviews with your own people. We’ll write the interview questions with you, and if a scripted piece makes more sense, we can help with script development too.

What does our team need to do on shoot day?

Show up. We bring the cameras, lights, audio and crew, set everything up, and walk your people through it so nobody feels like they’re on trial. Setup takes roughly an hour, so we plan around that.

Do you travel outside Dallas?

Yes. We’re based in Dallas, shoot all over Dallas–Fort Worth, and travel for projects outside Texas too.
