Terms of Service
About these terms
These terms cover your use of https://tribalvideo.com, run by Tribal Video, 8035 E RL Thornton Fwy #250, Dallas, TX 75228. By using the site you agree to them. Questions can go to cameron@tribalvideo.com.
What the site is for
This website tells you about Tribal Video’s video production and photography services, shows our past work and lets you get in touch. Nothing on the site is an offer you can accept online. Any project we take on is covered by its own written quote or agreement, and that agreement wins if it differs from anything here.
Prices and information
Prices, packages and timelines on the site are a general guide. Your actual price depends on the project and is confirmed in your quote. We work to keep the site accurate, but it is provided as is and may change without notice.
Our videos, photos and content
The videos, photos, text, logos and design on this site belong to Tribal Video or to the clients and partners who let us show them. You’re welcome to view and share links to them. Please don’t copy, download, re-upload or use them commercially without our written permission. Client names and logos are shown to describe work we did and don’t mean those clients endorse anything beyond that.
Using the contact form
When you send us a message, please give accurate details and don’t send anything unlawful, abusive or that you don’t have the right to share. How we handle what you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Links to other sites
The site links to and embeds content from other services, such as YouTube, Google and social networks. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they treat your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Tribal Video isn’t liable for any loss that comes from using or not being able to use this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
