Event & Conference Videography in Dallas
You put months into planning the event. We make sure it doesn’t disappear the minute the doors close. Conferences, summits and company events across Dallas–Fort Worth, filmed and cut into video you’ll use all year.
Corporate event video
The event lasts a day. The video doesn’t.
A good conference takes a year to plan and a day or two to happen. Then the chairs get stacked and the only record left is a few phone photos and a hashtag. That’s a lot of work to let slip away.
We film corporate events in Dallas–Fort Worth: conferences, leadership summits, company days, community days, galas, and even a corporate wargaming event. We capture the stage, the room and the people in it, then cut it into recaps, sizzle reels, session videos and short clips you can keep using long after the badges are thrown away.
We’re there to get the shots without getting in the way. Your attendees should remember the event, not the camera guy.
What we capture
Coverage built around your agenda
Recap videos
The story of the event in a couple of minutes: the stage, the crowd, the big moments and a few voices from the room.
Sizzle reels
Short, fast and set to music. Made to sell next year’s event, open a keynote or pitch a sponsor.
Keynote & session capture
Your speakers recorded with clean audio, so the content lives on after the session ends.
Attendee interviews
Quick on-camera reactions and testimonials from attendees, speakers and sponsors, while the energy is still high.
Social clips
Short vertical and square cuts for LinkedIn, Instagram and your event pages. See social media video.
Company & community days
All-hands, volunteer days and culture events that show what your company is actually like.
Why film it at all
Where event video earns its keep
The real value of event video shows up after the event. A tight recap is the best promo you’ll have for next year, because it shows people what they missed instead of telling them. It goes on the registration page, in the email campaign and in front of sponsors when you ask them to come back.
Sponsors want proof their money put them in front of the right people. A recap with their booth and their logo on the stage does that better than a slide deck.
Recruiting and culture get a boost too. Company days and summits are some of the most honest footage a business ever gets: real people, in a good mood, in the same room. That footage can feed a corporate or culture video for months.
And the sessions themselves are content. A keynote that a few hundred people saw live can be watched by a lot more people once it’s recorded, trimmed and posted.
How it works
Before, during and after
Before. We start with a call about the event, the audience and what you want the video to do. Then we go through the agenda together, mark the moments that can’t be missed, and line up any interviews. You get an itinerary for the day so nobody’s guessing.
During. We arrive with time to set up (that takes about an hour), check in with your point person and the AV team, and then stay out of the way while we work the room. Events never go exactly to plan. We’re pros at improvising, so no worries.
After. We cut the footage with music and titles, send you a first edit, and work through a couple of rounds of revisions until it’s right. You also get all your raw footage, backed up on Dropbox.

“I had a great experience working with Tribal Video. Super professional, super skilled, and the shoot ran smoothly from start to finish. Communication was easy, everything was organized, and the final videos always come out looking amazing. Shooting with Cam is a blast. He keeps things relaxed and fun while still absolutely nailing the shots. Highly recommend Tribal Video if you want great work and a good time on set.”
Straight talk on cost
What event video costs
Event coverage is priced the same way as the rest of our work, with published rates. A full shoot day is $2,000, a half day is $1,500, an assistant is $1,000, and editing is $150 an hour.
Here’s how that plays out. A one-day conference with a 2-minute recap is a full shoot day plus about 6 hours of editing, so roughly $2,900. A half-day company event with the same recap comes to about $2,400. Every extra day of coverage adds a shoot day, and every extra deliverable, like session videos or a batch of social clips, adds editing time. We’ll lay it all out before you book.
Event videography FAQs
How much does an event videographer cost in Dallas?
Our rates are published. A full shoot day is $2,000, a half day is $1,500, an assistant is $1,000, and editing is $150 an hour. A 2-minute recap typically takes about 6 hours of editing ($900), so one full conference day plus a 2-minute recap comes to roughly $2,900. Each extra event day, extra crew or extra edit (session videos, social clips) adds to that, and we’ll quote the whole thing before anything is booked. See video production pricing.
What’s the difference between an event recap and a sizzle reel?
A recap tells the story of the event: who was there, what was said, how the room felt, usually with a few voices from speakers or attendees. A sizzle reel is shorter and faster, cut to music, and built to get people excited about the next one. Plenty of events get both from the same footage.
Can you record full keynotes and breakout sessions?
Yes. Tell us which sessions matter most and how you plan to use them, whether that’s a members-only library, your website or clips for social, and we’ll plan coverage around the agenda. We’ll also want a quick word with your AV team ahead of time so we can get clean audio from the stage.
How soon after the event do we get the video?
It depends on what’s on the list. A single recap is a much shorter edit than a recap plus a dozen session videos. Tell us your deadline on the first call, and if you need something to post while the event is still fresh, say so up front so we can plan the edit around it.
Do you film multi-day conferences?
Yes. Each day is booked as its own half or full shoot day, so you only pay for the coverage you need. Our Leaders Summit recap was filmed on the second day of a multi-day summit.
What do you need from us before the event?
The agenda or run of show, the venue, a point person on the day, and a short list of the moments and people you can’t miss. If you want attendee or speaker interviews, let us know who and when, and we’ll write the questions with you.
